Sauteed Spinach and Radicchio
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 hd radicchio, sliced
- 2 C baby spinach
- Balsamic vinegar
- Parmigiano, shaved
Instructions
- Sauté the radicchio and spinach until wilted.
- Season with Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Plate, garnish with Parmigiano and serve.
